Under the Drug Free India Program of Yuktamptam Foundation, various levels of Painting, Essay, Dance Competition 2024 on National Star is being organized by Yuktamptam Foundation, for which applications are invited from interested participants. The terms and conditions of the competition are as follows.
General Terms and Conditions
- Group -A (Age Limit 06 to 12 years)
- All children in the Group-A aged between 06 to 12 years, belonging to any class or community, can participate in the competition.
- Subject of painting: – 1. School (First Round), 2. Environment (Second Round), 3. Own Imagination (Final Round)
- Group -B (Age Limit 13 to 18 years)
- All children in the Group-B aged between 13 to 18 years, belonging to any class or community, can participate in the competition.
- Subject of painting: – 1. Wild Life (First Round), 2. Indian traffic (Second Round), 3. Own Imagination (Final Round)
- Group -C (Age Limit 19 above)
All people above 19 years of age from any community can participate in this competition.
- Subject of painting: – 1. De – Addiction (First Round), 2. Rainy Season (Second Round), 3. Own Imagination (Final Round)
- Registration fee details: – Group A (250/-), Group B (650/-), Group C (1000/-).
- The prizes for the first, second and third places in each category among the participants participating in the competition are as follows:
Group (A): – First Prize (10000/-), Second Prize (5000/-), Third Prize (1200/-).
Group (B): – First Prize (25000/-), Second Prize (12000/-), Third Prize (7000/-).
Group (C): – First Prize (50000/-), Second Prize (25000/-), Third Prize (12000/-).
Along with this, certificates, shields and some gifts will also be given to all the selected/winning participants in the competition.
- Only paintings made with one’s own hands will be accepted. Any painting made in print media, digital media, or cut, copy paste, or computer generated will not be considered and any such painting will be rejected.
- For better and better painting, good colours, natural colours and canvas should be used.
- No specific canvas specifications are given for all the paintings in each group. This may or may not be as per the subject matter of the painting and the painter’s idea and discretion. Keep in mind that its size should be suitable for sending in an email. JPG, PDF format.
- All the paintings made by the participants will be uploaded on the official website of Yuktampatham Foundation along with their names, addresses, images and code given to the paintings.
- Selected participants from the competition will be given a scholarship by Yuktampatham Foundation, which will be decided by the management committee.
- Registration fee will not be refundable under any circumstances. The registration fee will be accepted only through online mode in which UTR number will have to be mentioned while emailing.
- All the participants will have to register in their own group and painting will have to be made on the subjects of the group in which they have registered. In case of non-painting, the registration will be cancelled.
- All the participants will have to email their paintings in JPEG or PDF format to the official email address of Yuktampatham Foundation, in which the name of the participants, father, mother’s name, date of birth, address, subject matter of the painting, mobile number, etc. should be emailed. will be.
- All participants will be informed about their selection in the first, second and third (final) rounds respectively through email and mobile number.
- To calculate the age of the participants, the original copy of any one of the documents like birth certificate, PAN card, Aadhar card, school certificate in which birth is mentioned will have to be shown before the prize distribution along with the original copy of their painting and the document on birth certificate. A photocopy of any one of these will have to be submitted.
- The organization will also provide the facility to access selected paintings from all the participants, but for this the participants will have to know and understand the rules of the management committee.
It is up to the discretion of the participant to choose this option or not, the rules for this will be explained at the time of the option itself.
- Every participant must have a valid mobile number and email address for himself or any of his guardians or relatives.
- Every participant should clearly mention his/her group while emailing so that it is easy to find out from which group, he/she has participated in the competition.
- Individual families of the Managing Committee and the Organizing Committee (only spouse and their own children) do not have the right to participate in the competition. If this is known at any stage of the competition, their registration will be cancelled.
- In case of not getting sufficient number of participants, the entire prize money given can be increased/decreased by the Managing Committee, for this only the decision of the Managing Committee will be accepted, even in this situation the registration fee is not refundable.
- The jurisdiction of all disputes will be Chhattisgarh High Court, Bilaspur only.
- The number of all participants in the competition can be seen on the website of Yuktampatham Foundation.
- The cash amount of all prizes will be given only through cheque, which will be payable in the name of the winner only.
- No agent or person has been appointed nor will be appointed by Yuktampatham Foundation for any of the above competitions. Avoid such frauds and for more information visit the official website and mobile number only.
- Information regarding the guidelines issued by the Management Committee from time to time regarding any changes in the rules of the competition will be sent through email or mobile SMS and will also be updated on the web site.
All terms and conditions are reserved with the Management Committee. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Management Committee will be universal and the registration amount will not be refundable in any way. This program has been kept in view of public welfare and to shed light on the ill effects of drug abuse and to create awareness among human society as well as to encourage art lovers and artists.
- Merely registering in the competition or participating in the competition does not make any participant a winner, for that it is mandatory for him to successfully complete all the levels of the competition, and only the decision of the organizing committee will be valid.
