General Terms and Conditions: –
- The language of the essay will be accepted in Hindi and English medium only.
- There is a mandatory word limit at the time of essay writing. If the word limit is exceeded or the work is completed, the participant’s essay will be thrown out of the competition.
- While writing, special attention should be paid to spelling and quantities.
- Registration Fee: Rs 250/- Two Hundred Fifty.
- While writing the essay, one has to write in one’s own handwriting using only black and blue ball point pen. Such essays using any type writer, computer typing, or any electronic device will be thrown out of the competition.
- Registration fees will be accepted only through online payment. For this, registration can be done by visiting the website of Yuktampatham Foundation. After registration, keep the print of the UTR number with you.
- In the format of essay writing, first the participant’s name, mother’s name, father’s name, Aadhaar number, address, mobile number, date of birth, email ID, payment UTR number and topic of the essay should be written.
- A clear and clearly scanned copy of the essay has to be sent in PDF format to the email address of Yuktampatham Foundation. Along with this, a copy of the UTR number will also have to be sent and the name, address, bell number and subject of the participant should be clearly mentioned in the email.
- Contest winners will be notified via email.
- Prize: – First Prize 10000/-, Second Prize 5000/-, Third Prize 2500/-.
- Selected participants from the competition will be given a scholarship by Yuktampatham Foundation, which will be decided by the management committee.
- Individual families of the Managing Committee and the Organizing Committee (only spouse and their own children) do not have the right to participate in the competition. If this is known at any stage of the competition, their registration will be cancelled.
- In case of not getting sufficient number of participants, the entire prize money given can be increased/decreased by the Managing Committee, for this only the decision of the Managing Committee will be accepted, even in this situation the registration fee is not refundable.
- The jurisdiction of all disputes will be Chhattisgarh High Court, Bilaspur only.
- The number of all participants in the competition can be seen on the website of Yuktampatham Foundation.
- The cash amount of all prizes will be given only through cheque, which will be payable in the name of the winner only.
- Information regarding the guidelines issued by the Management Committee from time to time regarding any changes in the rules of the competition will be sent through email or mobile SMS and will also be updated on the web site.
All terms and conditions are reserved with the Management Committee. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Management Committee will be universal and the registration amount will not be refundable in any way. This program has been kept in view of public welfare and to shed light on the ill effects of drug abuse and to create awareness among human society as well as to encourage art lovers and artists.
- The essays of all selected participants along with their photographs will be placed on the website of the Foundation.
- Merely registering in the competition or participating in the competition does not make any participant a winner, for that it is mandatory for him to successfully complete all the levels of the competition, and only the decision of the organizing committee will be valid.
